Our first hike of the New Year was scheduled for the Never Ending Canyon,
but after several days of rain, we decided to hike at the La Quinta Cove.
The hike was a 4-miler with a 545 elevation gain.
Started off on the Bear Creek trail and looped around to the lower Boo Hoff.
